So my history with A-level business is a rocky one. Originally I took it as a solo subject back in Oct/Nov 2022. It was my first time doing an A-level subject and after getting an A* in IGCSE business I figured I'd just study how I did for that and learn all the content and be good.

This was very much not the case, and after getting my first ever C, I realised that simply learning all of the information was not enough, I also had to learn how to apply it and answer each question in the way that examiners wanted me to.

So, this time around, I changed my approach, went through and answered lots of past papers, and read through examiner comments to truly learn how to structure my answers in a way that would allow me to achieve evaluation and analysis, because clearly having all the knowledge is not enough to score high.
